Adult and pediatric hematology/oncology/BMT patients: Duration of hospitalization,. 

All others: Enteric Contact + Standard isolation can be discontinued if (1) patient has had no diarrhea for ≥48 hours AND (2) patient has been transferred to clean room.

Hand Hygiene with soap and water (not alcohol based hand rub) is indicated upon exiting the room of a patient on Contact + Standard Isolation for norovirus. Wash your hands sign is available.
